Refund policy

We allow all our clients to exchange their purchased articles, given that they have made the purchase in Pakistan.

Any Article purchased can be exchanged within 3 days

Exchange is possible if the article received is damaged or if there are size issues

Exchange allowed only if the article is not used, packing is in its original condition, and then you are good to go ahead with the exchange.

Articles purchased on sale or discount cannot be exchanged

Cash refunds are not offered.

Provide all the required information to us and if all the conditions are met we will provide you the address to ship it to us.

After we have received the article, we will dispatch the new piece.
